Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Assistant
Are you 1-5 years out of school or a new Physical Therapist/ Physical Therapist Assistant grad excited to embark on your professional career? Are you looking for a place who believes in extensive mentoring young therapists into leaders of tomorrow?
 
We have a 12-week mentoring curriculum for newly graduated PTs where you are paired with another seasoned therapist for growth and easy transition into your career. Included in the structured mentorship is clinical coaching on the Neubie Machine, Heart Rate Variability, and McKenzie Method training for Lumbar and Cervical Spine.
 
We understand that new graduates are faced with financial challenges and the need to have a work/life balance. We provide a competitive base salary, $6000-8000 Productivity bonus program, and opportunity for growth. Student Loan Assistance of $3000.00 available annually.
 
Our clinics are unique in that our therapists never take notes home for documentation like other franchise PT clinics. When you clock out after helping our community with their physical therapy needs, we want you to enjoy time with your family instead of doing documentation tasks.
