Key Responsibilities
Front Office Excellence
- Deliver a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for every patient over the phone and in person
- Serve as the first and lasting impression of East Athens Physical Therapy
- Schedule patient appointments with accuracy and care
- Manage referrals, authorizations, and patient intake documentation
- Educate patients on insurance benefits and financial responsibilities with clarity and confidence
- Collect payments and process deposits accurately and timely
- Maintain organized medical records through scanning, filing, and data management
- Ensure the front office and waiting room remain clean, calm, and welcoming
Patient Experience & Community Impact
- Build meaningful relationships with patients (know their family, work, and goals)
- Create trust through clear communication, follow-through, and presence
- Support patients through intake forms, outcome measures, and quality assurance tools
- Contribute to patient success stories and positive clinic experiences
- Represent East Athens Physical Therapy with pride, professionalism, and integrity

Outcomes & Performance Expectations

- Deliver high-quality orthopedic and balance physical therapy (onsite training provided)
- Follow individualized plans of care focused on functional outcomes
- Maintain licensure, compliance training, and clinical standards
- Participate in peer chart reviews and continuing education
- Mentor student interns as assigned
Patient Experience & Community Impact
- Build meaningful relationships with patients (know their family, work, and goals)
- Empower patients through education and collaborative care
- Achieve a high rate of patients completing their full plan of care

- ~55–65 patient visits per week
- 90% of patients achieving long-term functional goals
- Consistent, high-quality documentation and communication
- Strong collaboration with PTs, referral sources, and leadership team
- Contribution to a positive, growth-oriented clinic culture

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary (based on experience) $75k-$85k
- Performance-based Bonus Structure (Usually $6-$8K)
- Unlimited continued educations with guided sequencing of plan
- Mentorship – 12-week mentoring curriculum for newly graduated PTs where you are paired with another seasoned therapist for growth and easy transition into your career. Included in the structured mentorship is clinical coaching on the Neubie Machine, Heart Rate Variability, and McKenzie Method training for Lumbar and Cervical Spine.
